The name of this shell comes from the Greek spondylos “vertebra,” in reference to its hinge, which is so well articulated that it is compared to a vertebra. But the most impressive thing about this beautiful shell is its spines, serving both as protection and as an anchor on the rocks on which it rests. Its earliest uses date back to the Neolithic

- Dimensions: The necklace measures 40cm around the neck and has an adjustable extension chain. Upon request, the necklace can be made to your measurements: simply indicate your neck circumference in a comment when placing the order.
Each piece reveals a fragment of the ocean, shaped by tides, sand, and time. Its natural irregularities make it a singular piece, impossible to reproduce identically. While faithful to the piece shown, its organic part will nonetheless reveal its own shades, contours, and natural details. These delicate variations give each creation a unique character.

Care
Each piece of jewelry is created from a fragment of organic material. Although it is worked and reinforced to last over time, it is necessary to take care of it for its greatest durability.
It is recommended to remove the jewelry before sleeping and before coming into contact with water (shower, sea, sports)
Avoid shocks, store the jewelry in its box for transport.
